"Lac de Verde" Golf Club is situated on a mountain Resort at an attitude of seven hundreds meters high where the fresh and ionized air resembles the Davos resort from Switzerland. The climate of the Resort is moderate and is well known as the place where you can enjoy the sunniest days of the year.
Golf
"Lac de Verde", the only professional Golf Club in Romania with nine holes Golf Course is designed according to the international standards and presents a high difficulty course, which attracts equally professionals and passionate beginners. Besides the challenging golf course, it has four putting areas, bunkers for training, areas for pitching, chipping, and a training green.
The impressive Driving Range (elevated and available, both at night and day time) has twenty individual boxes with a special analyze program of the swing – Golf Coach Software, where you can practice during all year (for the winter time we provide the stand with special heating system) or you can be initiated by Professional Golf Teachers licensed by the European Golf Teacher Federation.
Indoor Golf Center (Driving Range with three training stands, and a nine holes putting area) is a good place to improve yourself.Wireless Internet Connection is available at the Indoor Golf Centre.

Since the opening of the golf course many golf competitions have been organized at this club: BMW International Golf Cup, Lac de Verde Open, Junior Golf Cup, Playboy Golf Cup, Roses Golf Cup, Carlsberg Lac de Verde Open, Toshiba Golf Cup, Marriott Golf Cup, Elvila Cup, Red Bull Cup, Henkel Cup.
Accommodation
There 3 different accommodation locations in this Club: "Picasso" Hotel, Club House and "Casa Gradinarului" Complex.
"Picasso" Hotel has five apartments that reveal the most charming atmosphere and a beautiful view of Prahova Valley; the Hotel provides the following facilities: telephone, TV, Mini Bar, hydro-massage showers, sauna, Jacuzzi, billiard, a meeting room and a heliport.
Club House is an impressive and unique architectural building with five luxury apartments,
private large terraces with a great view over the golf course, lakes and Prahova Valley. It also has a Fitness Centre with machinery for running and medicinal bicycles, a Conference Center, wireless Internet connection, Reception Saloon and a Meeting Saloon for private meetings.
"Casa Gradinarului" Complex has ten bungalows (double rooms with private terraces and a wonderful view over the Golf Course and the lakes); theses rooms are equipped with telephones, Mini Bar, TV and hydro massage showers). Bungalows are the perfect place for summer and winter golf camps and special programs for students and groups.
